Winter’s Harsh Grip

This weekend found most of us in Wisconsin still under the grips of Old Man Winter!  We had it all from freezing rain, snow, sleet, high winds and more snow.  Don’t get me wrong, I like winter to some extent, but mid-April is pushing it’s welcome!  My poor tulips and daffodils don’t know whether to grow or crawl back into the ground.  Last year I had beautiful blooms at this rate it will be June before they bloom.

Since I had to hold off on yard work ~ I choose to start stocking up on Graduation cards.  I have them for all the local schools and can make special order ones as well.

I will be at several Arts & Crafts Fairs over the next few weeks.  I will also have cards available at “Our Front Porch” in Dodgeville.  Here are the list of Craft Fairs I will be at:

  • 4/21 – Baraboo Spring Fling – North Shore Restaurant & Bar 11-5pm
E11614 Tranquility Lane, Baraboo, Wisconsin 53913
  • 4/22 – Platteville Craft Fair- OE Grey Learning Center – 155 Lewis Street, Platteville 11:30-4:30
  • 4/28 –  Fennimore- Elementary School &  Memorial Building 860 Lincoln Ave Fennimore, WI 9-5 PM
